Eligibility

Eligibility is determined by household size and gross annual household income. For the most up-to-date income limits and maximum allowable rents, please contact our office. Minimum income requirements do not apply to households applying with a housing voucher. Applicants with Housing Choice Vouchers are encouraged to apply.


Utilities

A utility allowance for electricity, gas, and water/sewer (as applicable by apartment and program) will be factored into your rent calculation.

Residents are responsible for any utilities not included in the rent, as well as phone and cable services, as applicable to the home.


Minimum and Maximum Allowable Household Income

One-Bedroom Rent: $2,466 per month

  • 1-Person Household: $88,776 - $96,000
  • 2-Person Household: $97,740 - $109,700

 

Two-Bedroom Rent: $2,715 per month

  • 2-Person Household: $97,740 - $109,700
  • 3-Person Household: $97,740 - $123,400
  • 4-Person Household: $97,740 - $137,100
